Our Administrative Track builds a solid foundation of skills for implementing and sustaining SEL strategies. With these skills, leadership can foster a culture of emotional support that impacts students, teaching teams, and families.
Built on an executive coaching model, the program leverages the expertise of TTAP-credentialed coaches with invaluable, real-world experience. When you partner with PEDALS, you’ll build leadership competency in four core areas: connection, reciprocity, inclusion, and identifying opportunities for growth.
